Our conditions for renting a registered office
  • Twelve-month lease, with automatic annual renewal.
  • Three months’ prepayment is required to validate the lease and the start of the collaboration. From the fourth month onwards, rent is payable in advance at the beginning of each month.
  • Lease terminable by the tenant: subject to written notice given within fifteen days prior to the start of the following lease month, and only from the third month of the contract’s validity.
  • Rent subject to Belgian VAT at 21%.
